Notar sastavlja prijedlog za uknji\u017ebu vlasni\u0161tva i podnosi ga Zemlji\u0161noknji\u017enom odjelu Op\u0107inskog suda, kao i poreznu prijavu i ostale potrebne dokumente poreznim tijelima.
